Antioch High School Shooting

Executive Summary

• At approximately 11:09 local time on January 22, 2025, Solomon Henderson, a student at Antioch High school (just outside of Nashville, TN), opened fire in the school cafeteria;

• Henderson fatally shot a female student and wounded a male student before fatally shooting himself;

• The shooter was a 17-year-old Black male, challenging some aspects of the typical violent extremist school shooter profile;

• Henderson had a vast online footprint across numerous social media platforms, and shared a manifesto on Discord and a separate, lengthy diary on secure messaging platform Element;

• In the manifesto, Henderson shared links to Terrorgram Collective propaganda, images of himself in a skullmask, and glorified neofascist accelerationist attackers like Juraj Krajčík, Payton Gendron, Arda K, and Brenton Tarrant;

• His writings replicate known militant accelerationist, mass violence actors’ manifestos and position Henderson as a aspiring to “Sainthood;”

• Henderson disseminated photos and video footage of his preparation, including purchasing materials for an unrealized bombing and photos of his gun and its magazine in the school bathroom.

• Henderson also venerated key figures within 764 networks such as the aliases “tobbz,” “yegor,” and “slain.”
