Jacksonville, FL Attack

Executive Summary

• On August 26th, 2023, at 1:08 PM EDT, Ryan Christopher Palmeter conducted a mass shooting at a Dollar General in Jacksonville, FL, killing three Black individuals as well as taking his own life;

• Telegram channel “Thule Society”—likely Order of Nine Angles (O9A)—posted a message at approximately 6:46 PM EDT, stating, “guys one of our American admins got arrested in jacksonville”:

• Shortly after the above post, ThuleSatanism edited the post, removing everything but “guys,” and shared a video clip of the press briefing and images of the firearms allegedly used in the attack;

• Palmeter reportedly adorned his firearm with white lettering and symbols similar to both Brenton Tarrant and Payton Gendron;

• Telegram channels associated with Terrorgram persona Miss Gore (aka Dallas Humber) are heavily promoting the attack and Palmeter, and spreading the security footage of the attack;

• On the same day as the shooting, Palmeter was formally listed as a Saint by the Days of Action Telegram channel.
